• Negotiating the sale of Manhattan development sites on behalf of family office clients.

• Advising on the permitting and sale of a 600+ acre site for development outside the country.

• Advising family offices with respect to development sites in New York and Miami and preparing the sites for development with future capital and development partners.

• Monitored a portfolio of real estate development sites in excess of 850,000 square feet on behalf of foreign HNW individuals and pension funds.
